RentStack AI — Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of RentStack AI (the conversational assistant and related AI features in RentStack). By using RentStack AI, you agree to them. They supplement our general Terms of Use.

Throttling and limits

RentStack may throttle, rate-limit, cap, or otherwise restrict RentStack AI use for any user or account when we reasonably consider it necessary to protect the service, other users, or our systems; to prevent abuse or misuse; or to comply with law or third-party requirements. Limits may depend on your plan or product tier and may change from time to time, with or without prior notice. We do not guarantee any particular availability, response speed, or capacity for AI features.

Not professional advice

RentStack AI output is generated automatically and is for general informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, accounting, legal, or tax advice and must not be relied on as such. RentStack AI is not a substitute for a licensed attorney, certified public accountant, investment adviser, broker-dealer, real estate broker or agent, tax professional, or other qualified expert. Do not treat AI output as personalized professional advice where doing so would require an appropriate license or the involvement of a qualified professional. RentStack does not recommend specific securities, transactions, or strategies for your situation. You alone decide how to use any information and bear full responsibility for your decisions. When your situation calls for regulated or individualized guidance, consult the right licensed or qualified professionals before acting on rental, real estate, tax, or investment matters.

AI output

AI responses can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. RentStack does not warrant that AI content is accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose. You should independently verify anything material before relying on it.

Your content and responsibility

You are solely responsible for text, files, prompts, and other content you submit to RentStack AI. You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions needed to provide that content and that doing so does not violate law or third-party rights (including intellectual property and privacy). You are responsible for the consequences of your inputs and how you use the outputs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentStack and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of RentStack AI or reliance on AI output. Any other liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent required by law.

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RentStack and its affiliates from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of RentStack AI, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RentStack AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes may be communicated through the product or by other reasonable means.
